2009-2010 OFFICIAL CLUB VISITS
Club Presidents:
My official visit to your Rotary Club should first involve my meeting with your club`s
president and his entire board an hour proior to the start of your general meeting.
We will discuss the club`s plans for new and continuing projects, fundraisers,
membership (my special interest) and other points of discussion.
Afterwards, I will be the only program and speaker for your club`s meeting. I will
need about twenty-five minutes for my talk plus questions and answers.
I invite you to ask questions and become involved in the world of Rotary outside
your club.
